Dear Gabina,

We honestly don’t know how to thank you enough. Planning a wedding in Mallorca from Hong Kong could have been a total headache, but your knowledge of Mallorca was priceless — you always seemed to know the right people, the perfect spots, and the little tricks that made everything fall into place.

On the day itself, you were everywhere at once: keeping things calm, smoothing out details before we even noticed them, and making sure the whole celebration flowed beautifully. We got to just soak up the joy of the day, knowing you had everything under control.

Mallorca was magic, and you were the one who made it happen. We’ll never forget your energy, organisation, and the way you made us feel like we were in the best hands possible.

Como pareja de novios exigentes no tenemos precio, para todo lo demás, Chill Me Out! Organizar una boda en tiempos de pandemia, con invitados que venían de distintas ciudades y países, en una zona tan bonita como es la Sierra de Tramontana, no es tarea fácil por lo que pedimos ayuda al equipazo de Chill Me Out. Todo fue a la perfección, nos aconsejaron, cuidaron cada uno de nuestros deseos, cada detalle y a cada invitado de forma excepcional haciendo que este día fuera increíble para nosotros.

We wanted to say a big THANK YOU for all you did to make our wedding day (and week!) as perfect as possible. You are both such an example of professionals who go far above & beyond the call of duty. You made our every wish a reality and both of us agree that having CHILL ME OUT & both of you was the best decision we took with regard to all the planning.

The best testament to your work is that Tilman and I enjoyed ourselves so wholly and completely because we did not have to worry about a thing and everything was in excellent hands.

Ahora que ya estamos algo más relajados, os escribimos para agradeceros, muy sinceramente, todo el trabajo realizado durante estos últimos meses. No ha sido nada fácil debido a la situación de pandemia en la que vivimos, pero a pesar de todo, habéis estado impecables con la organización y gestión del evento.

Nos mantuvisteis informados en todo momento de la situación epidemiológica, como también de todas las restricciones que debíamos afrontar para llevar a cabo la boda. Además, también nos gustaría destacar la eficiencia en la comunicación con todos los proveedores cuando nos vimos obligados a realizar cambios de última hora.

Y qué decir del evento… fue precioso! La decoración, la organización, los tiempos,… todo INMEJORABLE! ¡Se consiguió un resultado inigualable!

De nuevo, muchísimas gracias por toda la paciencia y amabilidad que habéis demostrado en todo momento. Dedicación, amor por el trabajo y flexibilidad definirían a la perfección vuestra forma de trabajar.

Entendeis a la pareja, sus gustos y cuidais todos los detalles, proponiendo también infinidad de ideas desde el inicio hasta el fin para que todo salga como deseado y hacer del día un día especial.
