Gabina is the absolute best planner we could have found for our 75-person destination wedding in Mallorca this April. She is incredibly warm and personable, ensuring we never felt any pressure or unease during the entire process.

Her communication is top-notch—prompt, flawlessly organized into clear email threads, and fully transparent with payments. Since we don’t speak Spanish, Gabina acted as our invaluable liaison. With two decades of experience, she leveraged her fantastic vendor relationships to secure extra options and venue perks, all while providing reasonably priced choices that respected our budget.

Beyond logistics, Gabina is a passionate and professional decorator. We trusted her vision and let her take the reins, saving us so much stress. Our flowers were absolutely amazing and earned endless compliments! She perfectly balanced honoring our preferences with making brilliant executive decisions when we didn’t want to sweat the details.

Gabina also organized a stunning rooftop welcome event the day before and seamlessly accommodated a late request for a children’s room at our wedding venue. She nailed it with trusted nannies and homey decor, allowing all the parents to fully relax and enjoy the evening. On the wedding day, she was the first to arrive and the last to leave. Everything went off without a single hitch!

As a beautiful final touch, she personally planted the tree we used during our ceremony ritual in Soller. We can’t wait to return to Mallorca to visit her and our tree in the years to come. We cannot recommend Gabina highly enough!

Ahora que ya estamos algo más relajados, os escribimos para agradeceros, muy sinceramente, todo el trabajo realizado durante estos últimos meses. No ha sido nada fácil debido a la situación de pandemia en la que vivimos, pero a pesar de todo, habéis estado impecables con la organización y gestión del evento.

Nos mantuvisteis informados en todo momento de la situación epidemiológica, como también de todas las restricciones que debíamos afrontar para llevar a cabo la boda. Además, también nos gustaría destacar la eficiencia en la comunicación con todos los proveedores cuando nos vimos obligados a realizar cambios de última hora.

Y qué decir del evento… fue precioso! La decoración, la organización, los tiempos,… todo INMEJORABLE! ¡Se consiguió un resultado inigualable!

David y yo dejamos ya la Isla de Mallorca y empezamos nuestra luna de miel.
Quería aprovechar para agradeceros por el magnífico trabajo que habéis hecho. Os escribo desde el avión ahora que por fin tengo tiempo.
Para empezar, el evento del viernes fue todo un éxito. La decoración fue muy bonita exactamente lo que quería. Como no había comentado mucho acerca de este día la gente se llevó una sorpresa enorme superando todas las expectativas. El tiempo estuvo de nuestra parte y cuando llovió ya no importaba porque la gente se lo estaba pasando genial. Fue espectacular. Esa misma noche no pude dormir de lo contenta que me había quedado. Muchas gracias de nuevo!
Para el día de la boda lo cierto es que no tengo palabras. La finca superó todas mis expectativas las fotos o vídeos que mandaste no hacían justicia es un lugar precioso y con mucho encanto.
La decoración fue preciosa, la zona de la ceremonia quedó más que perfecta. Las mesas quedaron espectaculares. Lo de las proteas fue una decisión de última hora y la verdad es que quedó precioso. Mucho mejor de lo que yo podía haber imaginado. La zona del parral con las luces, súper acogedora, con unos colores cálidos y con las luces colgando que me enamoraron desde el principio.
El catering fue lo más. La gente alucino con la calidad de la comida. Cantidad y calidad. No puedo expresar lo difícil que es satisfacer a los españoles no es fácil pero TODO el mundo me felicitó por la comida. Yo también soy muy exigente y me quede satisfecha al 100%. Y por no hablar del servicio. Son unos auténticos profesionales.
Para nosotros era súper importante sorprender a los invitados y fue una noche llena de sorpresas una detrás de otra lo disfrutamos como unos niños. No me puedo creer como de divertido fue lo de las caricaturas. Que éxito. La gente se rio muchísimo y triunfo a lo grande. Me dijeron que había sido súper original muchísimas gracias por haber echo esto posible.
Y por no hablar de la batucada. No solo fue un sorpresón. Animo mucho a los invitados y fue súper divertido. El desfile hasta la zona de baile fue una pasada. Cuando estábamos todos en fila no me lo podía creer. Que original, increíble y que bien quedo. Hizo de la boda un evento y momento inolvidable para todo el mundo y sobre todo para nosotros. Muchas gracias una vez más!!!
En cuanto a vosotras, no tengo palabras. Desde las recomendaciones cuando estábamos organizando la boda hasta la organización de ese mismo día. Estamos tremendamente agradecidos no solo habéis echo que nuestra idea de celebrar la boda en la otra parte del mundo (sin ni siquiera poder hacer una visita) haya sido posible sino que también se convirtiera en la mejor boda que todos mis invitados hayan vivido y en un día de ensueño, inolvidable y súper súper divertido. Se que todo el mundo dice que una boda es el mejor día de sus vidas pero para nosotros ha sido más que eso!.

Una vez más gracias de corazón de parte de David y mía por haber hecho posible este fin de semana de boda. Os lo agradeceremos toda la vida!

On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Gabina and her team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better decorations and the furniture was beautiful!

Amazing! Gabina’s knowledge of suppliers, her creative eye and attention to
detail meant we got the wedding we always dreamed of.

From organising the events building up to the wedding, to arranging the transport, catering, tableware etc. for 100+ guests, to finding suppliers to print messages onto balloons, to the individual styling of the decorations to bring out the best of the venue… the effort and care throughout was incredible and the end result magical.

She was always on-hand to put up with our hundreds of questions and requests, and her support on the day kept everything perfectly to time and made sure it was a complete success; orchestrating everything behind the scenes and allowing us to relax and enjoy our day.
